Gurugram-based real estate company Neworld Developers has announced an ambitious development roadmap worth ₹5,000 crore over the next five years. The company plans to launch a range of integrated townships, premium villas, resorts, and hospitality-led developments across high-potential regions including Goa, Ayodhya, Mathura, and Haryana.

Township Launch in Goa Set for May 2025

The company’s first major milestone in this expansive plan will be the launch of a premium township project in Goa in May 2025. Strategically located with direct connectivity to the newly developed MOPA Airport, the project aims to redefine coastal living with top-tier amenities and a resort-like atmosphere. The township has received all necessary approvals under state law, including the Non-Agricultural (NA) registration and the Occupancy Certificate (OC), ensuring compliance and transparency for future residents.

The initial phase, valued at ₹400 crore in sales, is poised for possession, and reflects the company’s commitment to delivering timely and fully approved developments.

182 Acres Acquired in Goa and Maharashtra

To fuel its township development goals, Neworld Developers has already acquired 182 acres of land across Goa and Maharashtra. These plots will be developed into plotted developments, luxury villas, and resort-style homes, moving away from traditional second homes or retirement communities. The aim is to provide a comprehensive lifestyle ecosystem that blends residential, commercial, and hospitality segments into one self-sustained living space.

Chairman’s Vision for Lifestyle-Oriented Living

Sunil Sisodiya, Chairman and CEO of Neworld Developers, stated:

“At Neworld Developers, we believe in building experiences, not just homes. Our Goa township is a testament to that vision — integrating residential, commercial, and hospitality elements to create self-sustained communities. With all approvals in place and development underway, we’re ready to deliver a unique living experience that combines nature, luxury, and connectivity.”

Expansion into Haryana, Mathura, Ayodhya, and Tier-2/3 Cities

Looking beyond Goa, the company has set its sights on Haryana, with plans to acquire more land parcels to boost affordable housing through plotted development models. Simultaneously, Neworld is also exploring culturally significant cities like Ayodhya, Mathura, and Meerut, aiming to meet the growing housing demand in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities with thoughtfully designed and spiritually connected township projects.

“Our goal is to contribute to the evolution of India’s real estate sector by offering living spaces that meet the aspirations of both homebuyers and investors,” said Sisodiya.

With these developments, Neworld Developers is set to become a prominent player in India’s residential and township development space, especially in regions with rising interest due to infrastructure growth, spiritual tourism, and lifestyle migration.
