The State Government has formulated a new policy for allotment of land for the construction of a building by any society or community under which at least 35 percent of collector rate would have to be deposited.
This was disclosed by Rao Narbir Singh, Minister for Public Works, Forests and Civil Aviation Haryana while speaking as the chief guest for the 3rd annual festival and family meeting ceremony organized by Vishwakarma Welfare Society in Surat Nagar Part-II of Gurugram.
He said that Chief Minister, Manohar Lal created this policy for the communities or castes interested to construct their buildings in the areas under Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA). He said that the former chief minister used to allot the land at very low prices to any community or caste at his own discretion. Now a uniform policy has been formed for this.
