Trinity, a prominent real estate firm, has announced an investment of Rs 1,200 crore to develop a luxury residential project in Gurugram. The project, named ‘Sky Palazzo Residences’, will be located on the Dwarka Expressway and is expected to be completed by 2029.
Luxury Housing Project on an 11-Acre Land Parcel
The upcoming project spans 11 acres and is set to redefine luxury living in Gurugram. The first phase will see the development of 345 high-end apartments, catering to the rising demand for ultra-premium housing.
Announcing the investment, Avinash Nagpal, Senior Vice President – Projects at Trinity, highlighted that the demand for luxury residences has surged, particularly in the post-COVID era, as homebuyers seek spacious and well-equipped homes.

The Delhi-NCR real estate market has shown remarkable growth in recent years, driven by strong demand and rising disposable incomes.
According to PropEquity data, housing sales in Delhi-NCR increased by 10% year-on-year, reaching 11,221 units in Q1 2025 (January-March), compared to 10,235 units in the same period of 2024.
The Dwarka Expressway corridor has become one of the most sought-after locations due to improved infrastructure, connectivity to Delhi, IGI Airport, and Gurugram’s business hubs, and the presence of luxury residential projects.
