The Government of India has been supportive to the growth and development of Real Estate sector by addressing various issues through various policy implementation. However, there is need to re-look at the sustainable and growth-oriented functioning. The interdependence of growth in the real estate sector with other segments of the economy, necessitates a conducive policy environment, modern infrastructure, and an investment-friendly climate.
Therefore, with a view to discussing various issues related to Delhi Master Plan-2041 and other regulatory and operational issues across states including the RERA and city infrastructure, ASSOCHAM is organizing a National Conference on ‘Real Estate Development and Action Plan for New India at 9:30 a.m. on 26th July, 2023 at Hotel Shangri-La, New Delhi. The Conference will bring together all concerned groups to a common platform to provide impetus towards sustainable solutions in real estate apart from sharing knowledge and experiences amongst stakeholders for an in-depth understanding of issues to the sector.
