Bollywood actor Amrita Singh, has made a notable real estate investment in Mumbai’s prestigious Juhu area. According to property registration documents accessed by IndexTap.com, Singh has purchased a ready-to-move-in luxury apartment for ₹18 crore.
The luxury apartment, spanning 2,260 sq ft carpet area, is situated in the JVPD Scheme area in Juhu, Vile Parle. It is located on the fourth floor of Nutan Laxmi Cooperative Housing Society Limited.
The property transaction was officially registered on February 14, 2025. A stamp duty of ₹90 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000 were paid for the deal. The price per square foot stands at ₹66,359. The apartment also includes two dedicated parking spaces. The seller of the apartment was Vaishali Shrikant Bhatt and Shrikant Shrinivas Bhatt.
Neither Amrita Singh nor the sellers have commented on the transaction.
Juhu: A Celebrity-Favored Real Estate Market
Juhu has long been a preferred residential location for Bollywood celebrities, film producers, and directors. Several high-profile names, including Varun Dhawan and Amitabh Bachchan, own sea-facing apartments and bungalows in the area.
With its central location and proximity to Goregaon, Khar, Bandra, and Andheri—where many studios are based—Juhu remains a prime spot for luxury real estate investments. Local real estate brokers estimate property prices in Juhu to range between ₹50,000 per sq ft and ₹80,000 per sq ft.

Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan and his family recently made significant real estate investments in Juhu. In January 2025, Dhawan and his wife, Natasha Dalal, purchased an under-construction apartment in the Twenty building for ₹44.52 crore.
In another transaction, Varun Dhawan and his mother, Karuna Dhawan, jointly acquired a second luxury apartment in the same building on the sixth floor for ₹42.40 crore. This unit spans 4,617 sq ft, according to property registration documents accessed by SquareYards.
